During Open Gym, an instructor will be present in the studio to observe, offer guidance when needed, and help with equipment setup or questions. You’ll move at your own pace, following your own program or exploration rather than a group sequence.
Open Gym is ideal for clients who already have some familiarity with the equipment or exercises and want space to practice independently while still having professional support available.
